In the past 2 years, our attendees engaged in over 1,500 meetings.

We host and facilitate networking sessions between executives, investors, startup founders, and professionals, fostering new partnerships and opportunities.

At Techsylvania we want you to get the most out of your visit to the event. To increase your efficiency and productivity during the event, we offer you an opportunity to pre-book 1-on-1 meetings with other visitors via the Deal Room meeting platform.

You can see who is attending, view their profiles and request meetings with them before and during the event.
We’ll also have a dedicated area where meetings will happen.
Deal Room opens about a week before the event and you will receive an invitation via e-mail. So welcome and start preparing for the event.

In the app you find matchmaking opportunities. Think about who is the best fit for you and your ideas and book a meeting to talk some business on June 26 and 27!

Get yourself one or more business deals

Once the meeting is confirmed, pitch yourself, your product or service offering. Find your value proposition and present it to the relevant people to make things happen! Remember, talking is just as importance as listening.

 SET CONCRETE GOALS

Nope, “cutting a deal” does not count. We mean something along the lines of:

  • Meet 25 participants relevant to you.
  • Distribute 100 business cards.
  • Watch at least 1 keynote.
  • Learn 3 new things that will help you in your work.
  • Check the Deal Room to see who are coming to meet.

Write those down. Hold yourself and your whole team accountable.

FILL UP YOUR SCHEDULE

Instead of just marking Techsylvania in your calendar you should literally plan the event by the hour beforehand. Mark the most interesting things to your calendar and utilize Deal Room to book meetings. Do not just have one thing there.

IDENTIFY YOUR TARGETS – Who do you wanna meet?

It helps tremendously to not just have goals, but to know exactly who you want to meet. Therefore, take some time in order to really look into the people who are coming (using the Deal Room platform), what they are interested in, how they relate to you and what you could talk about. Then reach out to them
through the matchmaking tool.
